Delivery Information

At McKenzie Studio, we take care in every detail — from the design of your products to the moment they arrive at your door.

Processing time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2 working days (Monday to Friday). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery service
We use Tracked 48-hour delivery for all UK orders. Once dispatched, your parcel should arrive within two working days. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, but we’ll always do our best to keep things running smoothly.

Working days
Deliveries and dispatches take place Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
